1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrueSignals ("the Service"), operated by TrueSignals ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including individual users and organizations that create accounts.

2. Description of Service

TrueSignals is an AI-powered customer intelligence platform. The Service connects to your Gmail or Outlook, analyzes your email history, and automatically derives account health scores, churn signals, renewal alerts, and next actions for every customer account. It includes contact discovery, relationship timelines, document intelligence, meeting analysis, and AI-drafted email follow-ups. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with, but not replace, human decision-making in the relationship management process.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Gmail Integration

The Service requires you to connect your Gmail account via OAuth. We access your email data in read-only mode to build and maintain your contact database and relationship timelines. We never send emails on your behalf without your explicit permission and review.

You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time through your account settings. Disconnecting will stop data synchronization but will not automatically delete previously imported data.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis, depending on the plan you select.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any fee changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to modify the terms of the free trial or cancel the free trial offer. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you may be charged the applicable subscription fee.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications or spam.
• Use the Service to discriminate against any person on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including contact information, email content, project details, and pipeline data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection laws, including any obligations you may have regarding the personal data of contacts and clients processed through the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email drafts, contact insights, action recommendations, search results, and other content. AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions only and should not be treated as definitive assessments. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before acting on it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. All communications sent through the Service are your responsibility to review before sending.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us or through your account settings. We will process such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
